The S-187-10P is a brass-plated steel slotted friction lid stay for drop-front secretary desks and fall-front cabinet doors. A fingertip flywheel lets you dial in exactly the right tension to hold any lid weight securely — no tools needed. Unhanded and fully reversible, it installs on either side without modification.
