OBG-13ANTB... Antiqued Brass Finished Steel Handle Cap. Sold by each, not pairs. Two caps will be needed per handle so be sure to buy 2,OR 4 per trunk. This Cap works great with the TKH-91 & TKH-92. Room under cap allows for a handle 1-3/16 inches wide by 5/16 inches thick to fit Slotted is preferred. Leather Handle should lay flat against trunk and caps should snug end of handles. When handles are used, slots allow handle to slide out a small amount to allow room for your hand. This was done in order to keep handle from being torn off during handling and storage. Original trunk hardware was attached with trunk nails which were about 1/4 inch longer than the trunk walls thickness. Nails were bent over inside and covered with wall paper. This method was used to prevent hardware from being pulled loose during transport. Of course screws, rivets and screw post were also used
