BM-1391… Pair of Antique Type Brass Plated Steel Casters with Wooden Wheel includes Sockets. Often Used on Hoosier brand cabinets and others. Caster Stamped steel. Brass plated. Wooden Wheel is 5/8 inches wide x 1-1/4 inches in diameter. Pin is 1-9/16 iches long x 1/4 inches in diameter. Brass Plated Stamped steel Fork will support 150 lbs per caster. Holes are drill into wooden leg or the like then socket is inserted into hole tight. Prongs of socket spread when caster shaft is inserted. Shaft has a ball end wich holds it inside of socket. Socket has saw tooth edge which help hold socket in hole. Many antique furnitures have used this caster. In many cases the old socket will still fit the new wheels. This caster is more commonly used on antiques.
