Flange is 3/16 or 1/4 inches wide to overhang the hole depending on sleeve being used or not. Overall diameter is 3-5/8 inches. Black Brush covers wire opening. Cap Locks in with a twist. We suggest buying one before cutting any holes. Good multi-use grommet including use for wiring.
