Product came exactly as prescribed. The product was for a oak computer rolltop desk. The original wire grommet was metal. The one purchased was used to replace the one missing on a used rolltop desk my wife purchased. I searched all over the internet looking for the correct size. Some were close in looks but not in size. Coming across Lyons Tree Hardware they had this current grommet which I was skeptical but it was worth the purchase. The item fit perfectly like. Honestly I like it better than the metal one I have on my computer roll top desk. So if your missing one for replacement on one of those 1990s to 2000s roll top desks this is a great replacement.
