The long part of the slide is attached to a one-piece table apron, while the sliding part only allows the tabletop to slide and not the apron. The table legs and apron remain stationary, with only the top moving. The slide measures 50-1/2" in length and opens to 88", with an extra-thick profile to prevent sagging. The slide opens up to 40" with 38" being for leaves and is made of 2mm aluminum. This pair of table slides is sold together and mounts to the apron and tabletop.
