HC-2000CARVAN... Concealed lift up hinge. Overhead door Lift-Up or sometimes referred to as a Hold-Up hinge. Concealed non bore hinge. Holds at 75 degrees and releases at a finger touch. Mounts on surface without mortise or machining. Rugged steel construction, that has been nickel plated. Door fits outside the case. Hinge accommodates a 3/4" setback. Plate that attaches to back of cabinet is 2" wide by 1-1/4" tall. Plate that attaches to door is 1-3/4" wide x 1-1/2" tall. Overall the hinge measures 3-5/8" tall x 2" wide. Measurements are approximate. Great for wall units, mirrored vanities, equipment access doors and office storage units. Hinge weight capacities as follows: 2 hinges = 13.22 pounds or 6 kgs, 3 hinges = 24.25 pounds or 11 kgs, 4 hinges = 35.27 pounds or 16 kgs, 5 hinges = 59.91 pounds or 24 kgs. 59.91 pounds is the limit.
