Right hand half mortise lock for furniture drawers and doors — a period-accurate steel lock used widely on furniture since the late 1800s. Originally called a "Machine" lock because they were designed for insertion into mortises cut by machinery or routers, these locks offer a simple, reliable mechanism that installs cleanly into routed recesses.

This lock is slightly deeper than the S-1827 — an important distinction for tight-fitting drawer applications. Polished steel construction. Sold individually with one key.
