Brass plated steel desk chair back swivel hinge. Two of these are used between the padded chair back and the vertical upright that holds it, allowing the seat back to tilt to the proper angle. A unique friction disc holds the back firmly at any position. Screw mounting plates are 1/2 inch wide by 1-1/4 inch long. Sold individually, not in pairs.
