F-14SKI-U.. Threaded Steel Insert Nut 1/4 x 20 Thread. Outside of Slotted barrel is 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch and can be driven in a hole manually or with a power driver! Install into a hole same diameter as the body of the nut, 1/16 inch below the surface to increase strength. Use of varnish as a lubricant is suggested during insertion. Sold by each.
