Most of our shipments are handled by USPS unless it is a larger package or expedited.

Most of our shipments are shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends or holidays. We pride ourselves on being fast and reliable!

We are located in middle Tennessee. Most deliveries to the East Coast states take 1-3 days, and most West Coast deliveries take 3-5 days. We do have expedited options that are usually shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail in some states.

We use shipping software called Stamps.com. Once we set up your shipment, you will receive tracking information from them via email. You will also get a notification from our website with a tracking number attached.

We accept returns 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Once you return the product, refunds are for the product only. You are responsible for the return shipment fee.

Lyons Hardware Tree has been around since 1987. A gentleman by the name of Cliff Rufkahr founded the business, originally part of an antique store that spawned off into its own entity. Owning the antique store, he always had people coming in asking for specific hardware for their antiques; thus, Rufkahrs Hardware was formed. Now known as Lyons Hardware Tree, we still offer the same great service this business has always offered! 

Most of our hardware pieces are antique reproductions. The original pieces were copied using computer scans or hand measurements and are now reproduced.
